NTR Debugger

Setting up:
Instructions:
1.) Turn on your 3DS, and open 'Boot NTR'. (If you open any apps before, it won't work.)
2.) After it allows you to go back to the home menu, hover over MK7, hold down X and Y, and then select 'Enable Debugger'.
3.) Open Hunterebs PC tool, and
4.) You are now ready to use MK7's NTR tools.
